ID Verification Policy for Orders Over $1,000

At Miami Furniture Outlet, we take every measure to ensure your order is secure and professionally delivered — especially when it comes to high-value purchases.

As part of this process, our accounting and delivery departments may require a valid U.S. government-issued photo ID on any order totaling $1,000 or more.

When Is an ID Required?

  • In most cases, we require a copy of your ID to be emailed to us in advance before scheduling delivery.
  • In some situations, we may accept the ID physically at the time of delivery — at our sole discretion.

If Someone Else Will Be Receiving the Order

If you won’t be available to receive the delivery, we can release the order to an authorized person only if:

  • You email us in advance at sales@furniture-store.com
  • You provide the full name of the person who will receive the order
  • You attach a clear photo of their government-issued ID

The authorized recipient must show the same ID at the time of delivery.

Deliveries to Buildings Requiring COI or Reservation

For deliveries to condos, apartments, or commercial buildings that require a Certificate of Insurance (COI) or a delivery reservation, ID verification is also mandatory.

Please notify our team in advance if your building has any access requirements. This helps ensure a smooth and timely delivery.
