General Returns Policy
Please inspect your items carefully upon delivery before signing any paperwork. Once signed, the delivery is considered accepted.
We proudly offer a “No questions asked, hassle-free” return policy at the time of delivery.* You have the right to refuse the item(s) while the delivery truck is still onsite. (*Please see exceptions below.)
If the item(s) are refused at delivery, you will receive a refund for the amount paid less delivery fees.
Special orders, hold items, and special items cannot be returned or cancelled — no exceptions.
Special items include clearance products, custom-made furniture, mattresses, and discontinued collections.
Once delivered and accepted, items may be returned within 3 calendar days of delivery and are subject to a 30% restocking fee, plus any shipping and pick-up fees incurred.
Returns requested after 3 days but within 7 days of delivery may be accepted only with a 40% restocking fee, plus shipping/pick-up charges, and must be pre-authorized by contacting our customer service center at 305-FURNITURE (387-6488).
Returns, exchanges or cancellations beyond 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
The cost of shipping product(s), if any, is non-refundable.
Store credit, if issued, is valid for one year from the date of issue. After that, unused credit is forfeited.
Order Cancellations & Holds
Orders valued at $1,500 or more that are cancelled after 24 hours of the original order date may be subject to a cancellation and restocking fee of up to 30%, plus any warehouse, hold, labor, and shipping fees.
Special orders and special items cannot be cancelled or refused at delivery without a 35% restocking fee, plus delivery and pick-up fees.
Hold orders are items reserved exclusively for you for more than 24 hours and removed from inventory. Because these items cannot be sold to others, restocking, warehouse, labor, and administrative fees apply upon cancellation.
Exchanges Policy
For standard (non-leased, non-financed) purchases:
- Exchanges requested within 3 days of delivery are accepted with a 30% restocking fee, plus applicable pick-up and return fees of $99 + $99.
- Exchanges requested between 4 and 7 days after delivery are accepted with a 40% restocking fee, plus applicable pick-up and return fees of $99 + $99.
- After 7 days from delivery, exchanges cannot be accepted, as our distributors do not accept returns of unboxed items beyond this timeframe. (No exceptions)
For financed or lease-to-own purchases (e.g., via Progressive, Acima, or Koalafi):
- Once delivered and accepted, all financed or leased items become the legal property of the leasing company.
- Returns and cancellations after delivery are not accepted.
- In rare cases where a leasing company authorizes an exchange, a 35% restocking fee (in cash) will apply, plus a $99 cash delivery fee and $99 cash pick-up fee, all to be paid via bank transfer before any exchange can take place.
- These require prior written authorization from both our management and the leasing company. No exceptions.
Mattress Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 30 Night Comfort Promise, allowing one mattress exchange within 30 nights for a mattress of equal or greater value.
No exchanges are permitted within the first 14 days of delivery to allow for mattress adjustment.
Exchange fees:
- Twin or Full: $150
- Queen: $200
- King: $250
The Comfort Promise is void if the mattress has any damages or stains.
Custom or special order mattresses are final sale and non-refundable, regardless of date.
Returns and cancellations of financed/leased mattresses are not accepted after delivery for the same reasons noted above.
Damage Claims
Claims for damaged items must be filed within 2 calendar days of delivery.
Claims filed after 2 days will not be processed.
Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery.
Refund Processing
Refunds for credit/debit card transactions placed online are processed within 7–14 business days after approval.
Refunds for cash or wire transfer payments are issued via Certified Cashier’s Check or Company Check and mailed within 30 days of approval.
Leasing Customers: Important Notice
If you are using Progressive Leasing, Acima Leasing, or Koalafi for a lease-to-own purchase, please read the following carefully:
- Once the furniture is delivered, accepted, and signed for, the items become property of the leasing company.
- We cannot accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges for leased items after delivery — no exceptions.
- To terminate your lease or arrange a pick-up, you must contact the leasing company directly:
- Each company has its own lease agreement and cancellation terms. You must follow their policies.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Warranty / Guarantee Policy for Lease-to-Own Purchases
If your leased item is covered by a manufacturer's warranty, please note the following:
- You may initiate a warranty claim if the item is still under warranty and was leased through Progressive, Acima, or Koalafi.
- Warranty coverage applies only to manufacturer defects. It does not cover damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
- We will assist with your claim by providing documentation, photos, and manufacturer contact as needed.
- If a replacement is approved, the leasing company may require written authorization for exchange, since they legally own the item until the lease is complete.
- You must continue making lease payments while the warranty claim is being processed.
- There is a $100 warranty processing fee to cover administrative costs, payable prior to processing the claim.

- This policy applies to all purchases made through Furniture Store, Inc., including orders placed via MiamiFurnitureOutlet.com, phone, WhatsApp, and other direct sales channels.
- Furniture Store, Inc. may process payments via PayPal, Zelle, bank wire transfer, and other approved payment methods.
